You are a good re-purposer, Ed. What you did was mostly masterfully skillful, but totally brilliant! Jo

From their website "A monthly contest for lapidary tips or pictures of a lapidary project. The Shop Friend Contest with a monetary award has been suspended until further notice." Oh no! I'm sorry, I didn't realize. I hope it starts up again soon.

Wow Stu, wow. So glad to finally hear from you. Like those guys said, only I will add to get out the metal detector too.
We got caught in Sandy too and rode it out in a motel room. Not by choice mind you. It's all in the blog. Jo

I just ordered some supplies, rough and a saw blade from Stone Age Industries. Linna is really great to deal with. Hey, if any of you don't know, they run a contest every month with a different theme. The prize is a $50 gift certificate to anything on their site. There's alot of good stuff on their site and that credit sure comes in handy. Alot of RTHers already enter their contests, but if you are new, you ought to check it out. Their site: www.stoneageindustries.com/Shop Friends of the Month Contest: www.stoneageindustries.com/shop_friends_contest.htmlThe theme for this month is for lapidary tips or pics of a lapidary project.

Wow, just got my box. Had so much fun going through it. Some are definitely cab worthy. Thanks Ralph and Mary Ann, after a week of hell getting caught in Sandy, it was just the pick-me-up I needed. Jo
