Question: Are you using a rolling mill for the patterns or are you stamping them?
This one is through a rolling mill. When @alicat218 was here last we were rolling some sheet and I kept putting this brass pattern through. Half was patterned and half was clear. I looked close at the brass pattern and half of it was plugged up with tape or something but it mad such a cool half impression I am still using it like that.

That's a pretty ring! I really like the combination of the textured and plain-polished portions of the band. Does the half-moon shape at the bottom of the band have significance? Nice work! No significance on the moon. I was showing my son how to fit the bezel on the curve and put the braided wire on which is copper. We were talking about tinning the little do dads so I showed him how to make the little moons on the disc cutter and we tinned it and I thought that was as good a place as any and keeping it simple.

Oh that's nice! What great color too. When I think of nice Turquoise this is the color I gravitate to. This is hard and translucent which is a bonus.

I had some fun scrolling down and really hesitated on the first pic, thinking "oh oh". LOL Beautiful job on the silver and it really sets off the stone well. Yah I'm not very computer savvy and my picture taking an composing is not so good looking. I took the pics and all I can do to get them on. They are kind of backward, but your comment is fun.

There is a chatoyant jade mined in Neveda. The trade name is Ghost Jade. It was sold by a guy and gal (Alison) at the Blanchard Rock shop in Bingham NM. It is kind of tricky to work as it likes to separate at the filaments when working it. I will try and get a few pics of the few pieces I have.

Ya gotta love it when the road ends in water. Found this recently at Eastman Lake in central CA while hunting chiastolite (crossrocks). But did you find any?

I agree with rmf - the last two photos look like it could be 'redline' lace from MO but the red line has disappeared from view and might need to be cut to reveal it. So is the red line lace different than or another name for Missouri Lace? Both from Missouri?

The top two pictures are definitely different then the bottom picture The top ones could possibly be like those found on mindat? www.mindat.org/loc-3867.htmlOr not I listed below Then the bottom ones look very much like a lace agate also from Missouri I have 3 books just on agates this was the closest but they may not cover all the different types of agates from that state Agates inside out ( Karen A Brzys) lists a union road agate from Missouri also similar to the top pictures she only shows pictures in this book from ones that she has collected. Polk also has a picture of snowflake banded agate from New Mexico All of these were either polished slabs or polished nodules any whole in the rough clearly showed a pattern of some sort and left as a natural specimen The pictures are of the same 2 rocks. Top bottom and pattern.

Holy cow! These are amazing! Can someone list what each piece is? (And maybe where to find it...LOL) Also will these be up for sale? All will be answered after the voting. Should ask the teams if they would put up for auction their piece to support the site.

Aren't they pan heads underneath? I usually unscrew the springs from the board have access to the bottom of the frame that way. (been very pleased with my used sawzall blade replacement springs Yes they are. Getting the 4 outer screws out is hard (just the 2 under motor). I can’t get a tool on them to turn except pliers. I can't remember having any issues changing mine and I am not near it to look because of working on the road.
