By the way, that first video was very well produced. Love the aerial shots. Makes me want to go too.

Like the then and now photos. Well done. Good looking Jeep you've got now.
I have nothing to offer in the way of Jeeping or collecting in that area, but the second video was nerve racking to watch. 'Stand by your man' playing in the background. Ironic. "Plenty of room to the right! To the right!"
Hope you get some good advice, it sounds like a great trip.

Great stuff. That third one is really special. I'll second the opinion on the shape of your cabs. All very pleasing to the eye.

Same as we've done for the last 15 years, we'll stay at home out of everyone's way. Top three reasons I'm okay with that:
3) If I want to have a few drinks, I don't have to worry about driving or paying a premium for alternate transportation. 2) I'm not a big fan of being in a crowd. Love people, just not all at one time.
1) Last time I went out to a New Year's Eve party, I came home engaged to be married.

Welcome to the forum. Looking forward to photos of the locations you find rocks, as well as what you're finding. We really like photos.

I really like those Chevron amethyst tumbles, you got ahold of some nice material. Purple tumbles seem to be picked out of the bowl first. I guess it's a color that looks good on a rock. Nice work on the whole bunch.

A QT66 and a Lot O and a man can tumble a mountain. Close to it, anyway. I like both those machines very much and would be my Sophie's choice picks, if I could only have two.

Thanks all. If this were not a teardrop shape I think I would be keeping it for myself. I think this stone makes for a great man pendant. Chuck That's one material that does look 'manly'. It's one of may favorites when done well, like this one. Very nice work, Chuck.

Yippee!!! Never thought I would get one of these, luck isn't usually my thing. I know I said it before, but thanks Brian, this has been a lot of fun. PM on the way.
Good luck to everyone else!

Stonemon, Vince and now Robin. I think this contest is rigged, lol! JK.
Thanks, Brian. A few more chances to win. Pretty sure it was dumb luck in my case. This is a really fun thing and I have enjoyed watching it evolve. Brian has given us all a gift IMHO... Thanks again... Bill
Of course it is luck, in all cases (plus a minimum of common sense and the ability to follow instructions). That's what makes it like a lottery, which anyone can win. You just have to play and you have a chance to win. Fun for all! Congrats on your win, we want to see some pics of all the prizes.

First off, thanks to Brian beefjello for the extremely generous game he has put together. It's been fun seeing the responses and excitement this has generated. Everyone wants some of that beefjello material, we've all drooled over his pictures of it. It's like Christmas in December. Each time my guess fails to bring home the prize, a certain song plays in my head... ...and the song reminds me, 'he's a loser, but he still keeps on trying'. So, I'll show up tomorrow, give it my best shot and see what happens. Congrats to all the prior winners, and thanks again to Brian!
