You are right Ed. And i did lay it on a little too heavy on Professor Eduardo Pagán. I should go back and tone it down a tad. Maybe that "forensic" geologist Scott Wolter will take at look at it.

Awesome Rob, liked you using the laser level to mark your lines. You may have to start taking orders. How many can you crank out in a day?

jamesp, Their website states 25 & 50lb bags and 500lb super sacks as well. What about the briquettes, you forget about your time released SiC? Says they use Portland cement binder but I'm sure they use high pressure to form these so not easily duplicated. On 2nd thought cement requires water, if you press at too high a pressure then you squeeze out the water. Maybe it's more like the process for pressing dry powdered metals. Wonder what they use for a form/die with SiC? Wonder if they'll give you wholesale price since you included your business name? Resell opportunity?

Rich, those are sweet. With the broken up & healed banding would this one be considered brecciated? Way cool.

parfive Rich, So they found some rounds rocks & a few broken bones, not that convincing IMHO. If they found cut marks on the bones & some flaked tools that would be more definitive. BTW, what are the earliest flaked tools that have been found?
