Just got around to getting pics of a couple January batches. Too many for one post, so it will have to be a two parter.

Fantastic set of tumbles. Groups 5 & 9 would be my favorites. I've been messing around with building a CFL softbox since I only have my camera phone. I might just buy one.

Absolutely beautiful, so many different materials that I'm not familiar with and such perfect finish. I struggle so hard just to get a few that approach a finish like that and you produce batch after batch of nothing but perfection.

Well done amigo!! Is 5 flint? Jake, osuguy0301, asked about that above. It's actually mostly Owyhee picture jasper with a bit of what I believe is material you sent me. The red pieces...isn't that material from Tommy's site? I thought that's what you told me, but maybe I got it confused.

Missed this bunch. Off the chart Randy, off the chart.
Impressed with your ability to get no fractures and perfect surfaces.

Was really happy with it and will be throwing some more in soon. If you head back to Columbus this year, let me know. I may make a trip to Nethers Farm for some self collected flint.

jeannie does have family in Columbus. Seems likely I'll be back. I highly recommend the flint ridge show. Buy high grades "lapidary grade" material. Then go dig your own for fun! Garage Rocker

Love the shine. I guess I need to find some Owyhee picture jasper this summer. Finding for yourself? I found mine in a flat rate box. Unfortunately, I'm a long way from the Owyhee Mountains. Or anyplace that I could find rocks like any of those.
