I’m going to see the boss tomorrow and pick up my Christmas bonus. Will it be over $700? Only if it is the real "Boss". If it is not, then it will not be over $700.00. Bruce (the real Boss) will deliver.

I have lately been using aluminum oxide that I bought from the Rock Shed right after the 400F stage but the rocks have not been getting that glassy shine. This is in both the rotory and vibrating tumblers. The length of time is from a couple of weeks on the rotory and a few days on the vibrating. Am I doing something wrong here? Normally I get excellent results.

Is the answer to this question no? Oh, but the question was 'which'and therefore cannot be answered in a yes/no tone.

Question by"knave":
You have a single match and are in a pitch black room with a candle, an oil lamp, and a gas stove. Which do you light first?
Answer: A light has popped into the Condor's brain in a search for the well lit answer and it is..... the match must be lit first.

Re: creating a slurry
That's what I was thinking. The grit might me too heavy and just sink to the bottom. I'll try adding some kitty litter to get it started and see what happens.

Since they are so hard to tumble, I heard that 36 makes the first stage much better and rounder. I just don't know how much to use, or water to add. Not sure if it's the same as 60/90.

Does anyone have any idea who might be able to work on this tumbler? One of the knobs that turn one side of it is bad. I got a new one and tried to replace it myself. Well, after disconnecting the wires I can't get that back to work right. What kind of a place would work on this? All the electric places are auto or small motor repair and no one seems to be able to help me with this. Help please.

Way to go Jugglerguy. Thanks all for playing and thanks for the spreadsheet. Man, that was probably the best Super Bowl game I have ever seen, even if I'm not a Patriots fan. Those guys are great. I'm sending you a PM.

Not that it matters... But what kind of jerky? Turkey jerky Deer jerky Beef jerky Alligator jerky Not that I'm going to win but I just want to be ready. Very nice of you. What kind of jerky? Well, you know that big healthy dog that all of a sudden just up and died a few days ago? He used to live near you. They asked me if I'd be willing to bury him and I said yes, so I brought him home and ....... Just kidding. It's good 'ol flank beef with my special peppered marinade. I marinade the meat for two days then make it from there. Condor

Lol. Yes, so which team with which score? I guess what ever day the game is we will find out what the final score is True. Someone will win by predicting the teams with the closest score, maybe even the exact score.

Hey, hey, hey. It's is I, Condor. Haven't been here in a while, but here is my annual Super Bowl Condor Beef Jerky contest. I make the Jerky myself. So what is your prediction for the big game? You may only predict once and the person who comes closest to the final score between the Falcons and the Patriots will win a quart sized baggie of homemade beef jerky. In case there is a tie, the person who predicted first will win. Contest ends one hour before kickoff. Good luck to all.
