if it will help go ahead and put me in the cabin. I will send the deposit next week. It will be for one right now, if Diana can come we will pay for that then.
Food storage and bathrooms are important.

I could go in the cabin as well, instead of tent...but it'll only be for two nights (Saturday & Sunday). I'll be leaving Monday evening to head off to my father's birthday party.  Granted, if you get someone else that needs the cabin those days, I'm just as happy to go back into a tent.  |

I'll give you my cabin info in a few days. Looks like I'm driving in with Stoner so my days will be based on his schedule and getting airline reservations. I can send you a deposit, too.

I'm out. Sorry guys but a meeting with our largest customer has been scheduled for this week and it doesn't look like I'll be getting out of it. I'm sure there will be some (older people) that will be glad I wont be showing up but I will miss you all.

WEll dang...I have to bow out too. Dh's company took over another company and I was snagged to be the Secretary for that division.  While I will enjoy the pay, I will NOT enjoy having my freedom snatched away. phoooooooey! Maybe when everything gets to running smoothly, I will be able to get away for another trip. I was soooo looking forward to my first rock hunt. Sitting around the campfire talking with you all...sigh. I feel like a kid who just had the promise of a great adventure snatched away. Ya'll have a great time. |

Sure Susan, but suddenly today I am concerned about whether I can or not. Me the guy that was planning this trip on my way home from the last one. I will know better in the next couple of days when the car estimates come are done.

OK guys & gals, here's the deal. I most likely will not be able to make it to the Blitz this year. I am also getting overwhelmed with work and will not be able to continue with the planning. More and more people are bowing out. This said............................
I regretfully will have to pass the plans on to someone else. Anyone want to volunteer??

I am out hun, you have no idea how hard that is to say. Car repairs are going to take everything i have. Even during my 13 hour drive home from the last trip I was planning this one, told everyone that would listen about what a great time I had. I see no way I can make it. But I will be beside Hooba right there with ya'll.

I guess we aren't going to make it after all. I just found out yesterday that a good friend of mine is coming to visit us and I am making arrangements for him to stay here with us while he is in town. I'm sorry Dorothy but I'd hate to miss an opportunity to spend some time with him.
There is always next year.
