Sorry to have missed you guys.
Bill, I found a couple of pieces of that too, looks and feels like turritella without the shell formations.
I posted some pictures on a different thread, please feel free to add to the picture thread.

Steve -- sorry you could not make it!!! We figured gas or the economy kept most of RTHers out of this one...it was a great trip and I really had a wonderfull time with Tony and kathy, and Rbush and wife..it was really a great hunt.
We found lots of jasper....lots of agates, lots of geodes, apache tears...and some topaz.
We are planning another trip next year.
Tony...same month next year?
