#1 is me, nowhere to go but up. Picked up in my wanderings, chucked in the barrel on a whim. Has a better polish than pics, but the matrix is also microcrytaline, so the reflected highlights always look grainy. Biggest surprise to me in the barrel.

What do you do with them when you catch them? Shoot 'em with paint balls?? 91 degrees here. Wasn't hot enough for me, so I have the oven on, cooking banana nut bread! Train them and evolve them. Then once well trained and evolved they battle!

You're not kidding...the other day we drove past the park at around 6 pm, it has a lot of pokestops. It was still over a hundred degrees and there were hundreds of people out there playing. I've never seen that many people out there at once in the heat.

By the process of elimination, and putting to use my superb deductive reasoning skills (and the fact that the same Sierra truck is reflected in his entry from last month as well as this one!) I am 99.9% certain that #3 "unknown agate" was tumbled by Jeff A El JeffA . He has not been online since yesterday morning, good enough reason not to have spoken up. Congratulations!! (I could be wrong, but I think not.) Wow...I'm a little embarrassed I had not checked. Did not see that coming, and thank you all for the compliments. My faves were the agatixed pet wood and the flint. I have to take my pics somewhere other than my truck bumper....

And the Montana was stunning, and the black skin agate, and the... We are all winners because it is just another reason to post more pics of beautiful specimens. Thanks again everyone!

You haven't used your new saw yet?! You've had that a couple months now haven't you? Wow, I couldn't have waited that long. Would have had it set up in the yard with a BBQ grill cover over it when not in use until it could go inside. I've been dying to use it. Just waiting for the garage to be done. I've been a little worried about the noise if I used it outside. It shouldn't be much longer. Andrea

WAY quieter than my 24" saw for sure! You wouldn't hear it inside the house and I seriously doubt that any of your neighbors could hear it. Run mine in my attached garage and can't hear it in the house with the door from the garage to the house closed. That saw is a dream. Just keep on eye on the belt tension.

What about it running in 110 degree heat? That's the forecast for the weekend. Andrea

Jeff send me your Addy. I have your prize!! Folks, entry's for July start Saturday. Y'all ready? Hell yeah!! Well, I have to fall on my sword. I am making this post to make a public apology to a valued member whom I let down. Put simply. I messed up. I forgot to send Jeff his prize. Today i spent some time breaking some BIG stuff I had laying around. There will be some really cool stuff in his box. Just a month late. El JeffA, Jeff please accept my truly humble apology for totally flaking on your prize. It is boxed and will ship in the morning. I am sure you will really enjoy what is in it! Please continue to enter the contests. I am deeply sorry.

@shotgunner - it happens brother. You've been going above and beyond to make the tumbling contests a success and this won't diminish that.

Scott you are going in a lot of directions and things like this happen. It's a great contest and we like the challenge. Look at it this way....you r out there moving and makin decisions, those that aren't are hiding in the bathroom!!! That being said you did fall on your sword and publicly crawl so now stand back up! We got a vote and a new contest going that needs your care!!!

Scott, you really need to do better than this. With the six-figure salary that you're being paid to hold these contests and all the profits you receive from the advertising revenue people are jealous and clamoring for your job. Applications are piling up faster than the mailman can deliver them. Godaddy's servers are beginning to crash due to all the inquiries about the position passing through them. Heck, I heard even Obama was interested in it! Just to prove my point, here is a partial short list of all the folks looking to steal your job... List of Candidates to Replace Shotgunner: _______ _______ _______ _______ _______ _______ _______ - End of List - So there, you had better straighten up and fly right, dude! Lots of competition for your job!!!!! Ed
