Congratulations jasoninsd! Perfect selection of stone, excellent craftsmanship, gorgeous photography, this one had it all and was well-deserving of a runaway win. When I first saw your entry with it's nearly 90% druzy crevice from head to toe my thought was holy crap, how did that not break. These days that would have broke on me if I had even took it near a grinding wheel  Thank you to everyone who contributed their hard work on a bunch of very beautiful stones for the contest. In particular victor1941 in 2nd place with the gorgeous blue crystals. |

Sitting on the sidelines (or more accurately the cheap seats), that looked like a particularly challenging theme this month but it brought out some impressive entries. This is definitely one that I would have liked to see all of those cabs in person.
