Wednesday was chilly. Put the boat in the water and parked the truck. Got back to the ramp and the boat floated away. Had to go swimming lol. Brrrrr cold start. *snort* Hoping there was someone else at the boat ramp videoing and they post it somewhere we can find it! Doubting there was, or you could have gotten a ride to your boat. |

Yep, it's the full-auto stuff that cooked the Tennessee guy's goose... Not actually. Most anyone (that is not a felon and a couple other exceptions) may purchase a full auto weapon. Just gotta jump through more hoops. And pay more money. The fact that he modified semi auto weapons to full auto himself and they had no serial #s on them is what's gonna have him behind bars. Had the serial #s been on the guns, the cops may have never looked further. Probably a really good idea to obey all traffic laws when carrying illegal anything in your vehicle. |

The "flashes" from the lower floor were probably reflections of either strobe lights or the like from the concert area or an emergency vehicle. No windows broken out down there and the windows can't be opened.

I was thinkin'... maybe it's too soon for such decisions, but I bet some at the Mandalay Bay hotel are thinking on this.
What are they going to do with that hotel room? No way they can rent it out ever again. Who would stay in that room?

900 rounds is just a good afternoon of shooting. Especially with automatic weapons, 900 rounds would go pretty fast. BUT, " the automatic weapons, which weren't registered and lack serial numbers. I don't know that I would hold China up as a bastion of free speech, That is funny! I find it hilarious that people with cable pay to have a hundred channels, actually watch 2 or 3 and complain there is nothing to watch on. In most cases, ya gotta take what they give ya. I can't get my (few) channels without having cable. My wife can't get her (few) channels without having cable. Neither of us want the hundreds of channels that we don't ever watch, and I sure would rather not pay for them. Getting cable TV and being able to order only the channels one wants is just a fairy tale in most places. Cable companies would lose too much money and many channels would go out of business is cable customers could order channels ala carte. ETA: how's that for thread drift! |
