Fire Agate 16.25mm x 9mm x 4.3mm 4.9ct This one is full of fire that moves around depending on the point of reference. It also has killer bright color!!

I think the Larimar is so pricey is because it only occurs in the blue color in the Dominican Republic. I think there was a claim that they found a deposit of pectolite in a South American country with the same coloration. This was the claim. The photos I seen of this material did not look very promising. I think there was some stability issues also.
I have recently received several cut cabs from borock that were of good quality.

Nice job on those. I got me a couple boxes of this material too. Your cabs look encouraging. And the mention of how popular they are is very motivating!!! May take awhile though....I still have LOTS of fire agate to cut....cabs are going faster than parcels!!

Thanks for your compliment Steve. What a blessing getting to go dig fire agate!! I have not had the chance to dig any yet but I might here in the next few weeks. I am addicted to cutting this material. It is one of my favorite experiences to see a fire agate reveal itself on my wheels.
