Nice shine on those cabs. What wheels did you end up going with for the Genie? Were they hard to break in.

I just sent a nice slab to MsAli of the cladapora, we'll see if she can get the shine. I like the shine you got on them, pretty awesome. Biily was that in this box or the box coming? I thought it delivered

I love the Nuummite. I picked a few pieces up this summer. Sometimes it has a flash like labradorite. I bought a pound piece with good potential for colored flash. Here is one I have that is about as nice as it gets.

Cool find, found a small shark tooth in da lake. When you're looking always check the soft white limestone.

If something leaked out of that housing and it was water and not oil it has been compromised and might fail fairly soon. You can feel or taste the difference between the two. .. kidding don't taste it. Oil and water have a different feel. I would say run it until its broken. I use mineral oil in mine, just enough to cover the edge of the blade about 1/3 of an inch.

You should fit in the hogs are going to like you. Don't know what is tastier hog or bear. I really like bear meat. So you like those wild flavors toiv0 ? The long haired Russian strain of hogs dominates in this mountain area, only about 5% of the land is flat. The rest is very steep and the Russians get some strong muscles constantly climbing. I used to assist a batch of hog hunters in keeping the dogs on leash on hunt. I have seen a small ~140 pound Russian dragging 5 clamped Catahoula hounds thru the woods as if they were tuxedo tails. I also witnessed my friend get his knee cap almost removed by the tusks of a Russian crippling him for life. A nasty beast of an animal. If you see any tusks laying around I could use some

Yes sir, what Captbob said. I have no desire to start a place from scratch again. Got er done! 1st building arriving in 5 days toiv0. An erection crew is supposed to have it up in like 5 days. Music to my ears. Last thing I want to do is wrestle with assembling 20,000 pounds of steel. Yea, the mountain project is certainly a 'start from scratch'. But it is a small project. Hope so anyway. This project is being designed with absolutely the lowest maintenance structure. And heavily insulated. No gutters to plug up and long eaves to keep water away. A structure suitable for Toiv, MN or even Alaska. Location is like a ghost town. Very few neighbors. Some on the weekends. Gnarly spot. Loads of wild hogs, bears, turkey. Crazy mountain folks.

It looks too dangerous to use without drawing blood. Wonder what the old timer used it for? was in a box labeled bench tools. Thanks for all the replies.
