if we had only known back then.....damn hindsight! My first car was a 1950 Chevy. Had it for about a year then sold it before I went to Germany. After I got back to the States, I got me a blue '69 Camaro.. I had a 69 Camaro,SS350,300 HP,beautiful blue, white vinyl top, then wife, kids, then minivans, etc. snuffy

I remember years back a local businessman sent his kids with several bags of garbage to the dump, but they just went a mile down the road and threw them out in the ditch. Business id all in it.He was very pissed when he got fined!!! At his lazy stupid kids.

Ed's beef tongue Making me hungry.Haven't any beef tongue in years. What a treat, boiled, peeled, sliced, marinated in onions, spices, vinegar. Reminds me of the joke I'm sure most have heard.Man goes into a restaurant and asked what the special is.The waiter says tongue sandwich. The customer replies I'm not eating anything that comes out of a cows mouth!! Give me an egg sandwich!! snuffy

Okra is awesome, I prefer crunching it raw. Gumbo looks delicious. I grew okra this year in the garden, ants decided they liked it too...pods covered in hundreds of ants. the red okra finally out paced the ants and I got some for eating. good stuff. Totally understand.Fire ants made me quit raising okra about thirty years ago. snuffy
