Patience is a virtue and that rock has nothing else to do but tumble. It's spent millions of years in development, give it all the time it needs. It will be worth the wait and you'll be proud that you did everything you could to show it in it's best likeness. My philosophy, anyway. Thank you Garage Rocker for those words of wisdom, I appreciate your comments every time. Hope your Thanksgiving went as well you expected it to be. Cheers, johnw Much to be thankful for, buddy, hope your Thanksgiving was a good one too!

That looks like a whole bunch of fun! Envy the cutting, but I look forward to your tumbles and cabs.

At least $800 to remove a tree that size around here. Don't know how much they'd knock off if they didn't take the tops.

Good God, that is a beautiful knife! The extra material is great too, but Holy Cow, how sweet is that handle? Very generous, on both parts, it sounds.

Super batch! Love me some Lakers. A lot of nice rocks in there, but 19 steals the show.

Don't know, looks like you got plenty of shine on those...unless you've already switched out exact replicas of the original pics. Anyway, really liking the green and reds in 7,8 that come from the Lakes. Also, that two-tone blue and grey that was mentioned earlier. Nice work.

I'm partial to 2,4,14 and 16. Really like that second one, but the whole batch is nice. I like seeing the Rios pop up from time to time. Thanks for sharing!

I like a strategically placed vug, but I don't consider those 'faults'. A rough edge, if it adds to the piece, is nice too. I just think it should look planned, rather than salvaged.
ETA - I don't cab, only tumble, so just my opinion as a fan.

Some of the filler material in my box of Polka Dot agate, a nice big chunk of Maury Mtn. I love this stuff.

Is box 14 the Eden blue forest petrified wood still available ? If so I would like to that.. Nice grab, I contemplated this one. If only I had more room for rocks. Have you tumbled, or cabbed, Blue Forest before?
