the rough looks the same only flat :<)) and pretty plain on the part you see on the outside; not much indication it looks like this inside I don't have a picture of the rough, I just grabbed it and cabbed it.

it's quartz so hard, and it is robins egg blue with bright light yellow veining and bright redy/rust veining. So I think the PGR is out. :<))

Hope things go well. Justifyably proud of that wrap, I like the way the stone floats in there; looks like it would have been a challenge to figure out.

another chert; nice and solid; the stone is actually this colour ; had to adjust with it in hand, the fill is a reddish brown and all the fractures are filled and solid. Every peice of chert I cut from here is a pleasant surprise. Attachments:

I cut another slab off the camo rock and guess what showed up? A pink ear, which completes the look of this unique and bizarre stone. I originally thought it was a chert but I am leaning towards jade now, the more I cut the more bizarre the peice gets. Attachments:

those prices seem half decent; I paid $80 for a 9 pc set here in Canada a few months agoand the guy is only 100k away so he shipped for free, He only had up to 3000grit though plus 2 buff stages. That finishes most sstuff but I'd like to try some higher grits
