link to my web-site photo of E-10 cab unit. www.lapidaryrough.com/JacksRockShop.htmlI have a 1955 E-10. i put three diamond wheels on it. and change out the 9'' highland-Park black diamond. with a 303 8''Gem King. 1750 RPM motor 1/2 Hp. Run the blade at about 3800 - 4200 SFPM for saw feed. Change out the old bearings, if loose. the brass braising rod under the feed vise may be flat on top side. the rod is to keep the vise moving. while the gravity WT. is used. for best WT. adjustment use a gallon jug filled with water for different Wt. of rocks being cut. Or just finger them through the blade. best feed speed is slow for best ware on the blade. don't cut max sizes, At fast push. thin slabs you'll feel the blade cutting fine. My saw i only trim slabs on. For coolant i have a drain in the bottom of the trim saw side to drain after use. i only use water in mine. though a lot people prefer to use RV pink anti freeze. though mix 1-1 with water. in your area you should have a lot of shops - clubs to work with. mapmuse.com is a great search engine to fine local help at. the fuse been lit so a lot help will be here for ya. Jack

brown chocolate Biggs from Wasco,Oregon, brown picture jasper from Millers ranch. Though that was a log time age. true Biggs is from Biggs junction,Oregon Biggs got it colors from sea floor sediments from the last 70 glacier strata beds at dry fall Washington. and the geothermal vents off the Oregon coast. and a cap of anducite basalt flow. theirs been two events to cap the Biggs 130 million / and 65 million. polish jct. biggs high gloss...../ Wasco, you well see the deterrents.
Or its just picture jasper. better material in cottage grove res.

rare to fine nice round anyplace even in the worlds largest petrified forest, Lacomb Oregon. Burnett's p wood on old sodaville rd. & rock hill. would fiber glass the face cuts of rounds. then make the next cut. Though most of the rounds he milled were over 3 - 4 ft rounds. local material from the encapsulation of the Yucatan in pack 65 million yrs ago. judge the side you like. add glass the face BEFORE the next cut ..... risen to cure is about 12 hour i use boat risen from the local shop.
should prime the surface with a thinned out mix of risen. so as to fill cracks an voids just before laying out a wet risen coated glass mat on slab.

I did not see the part of how fast to feed the vise / rock into the blade.... All slab saw feed for longest lasting should not exceed 4 minute to the inch. Though i cut at 8 minute to the inch. And reveres as needed. And surface to the minute is 3800 - 4800 ---- For old MK- blades. For the Diamond pacific 4800 - 5200 sfpm.
Though i herd of people running 3400 RPM motors to cut time on cutting.
