Wampidy, I love the photos and that you included a ruler for scale. Love them all. Thank you for your generosity.

For the life of me I am not sure if I got the other name for Boulder Opal right, something like Koroit? I just want to make sure that I got it right.
Thank you

At my last craft show, I was asked if I could wrap a piece while these ladies watched. I had them choose a stone and they choose this very large faceted Smokey Quartz, so this is what I did in about 30 minutes.. Hope you enjoyed, Tammy

Is there no KCC for April? What about voting on March's entries?
Just wondering if everything is ok with our fearless leader.

I agree with chappenite on the last one. I have seen it with more yellow in it.

Ok, I have not had very good luck trying to enter this contest, last month with my Crysacola when I went to remove some scratches out of bbc.co e top, I dropped it on the concrete floor, need less to say I am now the proud owner of 3 pieces of Chrysocolla. This month, I thought I had a nice entry and now I have pits in the top. Slabette Preform Cab There is always next month and the month after that and the month after that and the month after that and the month after that.......

There are so many factors that it is a hard question to answer. If you are doing a basic 2x3 wrap, round wire would best. The gauge would depend on how much contrast you want with your project. If you want a lot of contrast, use 20ga base wires with 22ga wrap wires. If you dont want as much contrast use a smaller ga of wrap wire. Hope this helps, Tammy
