Nice wraps! Love the orchids and the new digs, too. Nice display pieces and soooo appropriate considering what you do there. I agree! Your wraps are exquisite! Thanks! All credit for the wraps goes to jasoninsd. Awesome work from him.

Thanks, folks! The little acrylic stands from Amazon really "setup" the rocks nicely.

Big Thanks to jasoninsd for the awesome cabs! This one is cut from some agate my family brought back from Bryan Head UT back in 2017. It’s a dark purple and was tricky to get a pic but he got a killer shine from it. If you look closely, you’ll see the reflection from my window and my fingers holding my cell phone. 20211217_135855 by Paul Shiroma, on Flickr 20211217_135757 by Paul Shiroma, on Flickr This is from the Clear Creek materials Andrew and I brought back in August: 20211217_135741 by Paul Shiroma, on Flickr 20211217_135722 by Paul Shiroma, on Flickr My wife also requested that I move some of my materials to the office as it was taking over her house 😊 . So, I bought some stands from Amazon and decorated. I figured I spend a good portion of my day there so it may as well be decorated. A little too much back lighting on these: 20211209_154003 by Paul Shiroma, on Flickr 20211209_154000 by Paul Shiroma, on Flickr 20211209_153953 by Paul Shiroma, on Flickr 20211209_153945 by Paul Shiroma, on Flickr But it does mean I have a nice window. This is following the big storm we had in Socal the week of 12/13: 20211209_153750 by Paul Shiroma, on Flickr 20211209_153910 by Paul Shiroma, on Flickr A lot of the materials Andrew and I hauled back in August ended up here: 20211117_133142 by Paul Shiroma, on Flickr 20211117_133134 by Paul Shiroma, on Flickr 20211117_133129 by Paul Shiroma, on Flickr 20211117_133125 by Paul Shiroma, on Flickr 20211117_133120 by Paul Shiroma, on Flickr A halved set: 20211115_105648 by Paul Shiroma, on Flickr Random pieces. Good to "see" you again! Regarding tumblers, another member was having moving sale (https://forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/thread/96619/moving-sale-parting-tumbling-rough). They had a large Lortone listed.

"Dead Camel Mountain Jasper" ... I think I'd buy some just because of the name. That's awesome (and it's great looking stuff too!).

Update! They did refund a good chunk of the shipping cost. That's pretty sweet. ...If they are guilty of anything it's having a bit of a 'dated' website .... Funny comment, Tommy. kinda reminds me of my days when the connection made all this scratchy tonal noises before speeding up to 600 baud ... LOL. Of course, if it's not broken don't fix it. Now that I know where to find things on the site, it's crazy-simple!

Hello Paul, ... Using my homemade tumbler I have just completed my first tumble of rough rocks which I purchased with my grits. Hopefully I will be able to upload an image. Best regards, Sid. No luck with image. That's great, Sid! I'm always curious and interested to see what other's work with! DIY equipment is also interesting... Paul
